Hier, nous étions un groupe de 50 personnes pour dîner
Nous avons été très déçus du plat principal cuisiné par un nouveau Chef. Les gens qui ont commandé le bison n'ont pas apprécié la qualité de la viande & ont retourné leur plat. Pour ma part, j'avalais les morceaux n'étant pas capable de lmastique le morceau de bison. Quant à la coquille de morue, j'ai gouté les patates mais pas vraiment la morue.
Je veux bien préciser que c'est depuis le changement de chef parce que toutes les fois antérieures & que la bouffe était excellente.

Excellent repas hautement gastronomique touchant l'ensemble des sens & toute clientèle confondue touristique locale ou internationale.
Une expérience inspirante , visuelle & gustative exotique, que l'on ne peut vivre nulle part ailleurs, considérant le site pittoresque de l'Hotel Musée Premières Nations & notre serveur Monsieur Stéphane Sioui, fin conseiller & connaisseur du WOW tant recherché lors du choix de cette délicieuse & unique expérience gastronomique signe Wendake....
