Service excellent. Aurions aimé plus de choix dans le menu 3 ou 4 services mais les.plats choisies étaient excellents sauf pour la soupe . Dans l'ensemble nous avons bien aimé.

Première visite (souper) & non la dernière. Accueil & ambiance chaleureuse. Le bonheur de savourez (vraiment bon!) du loup-marin en entrée (carpaccio) & une cuisine aux accents Wendat dont le kir en apéro. Un verre de vin rouge québécois au goût nouveau qui m'a beaucoup plu (Baco). Nous avons eu le plaisir d'échanger avec le nouveau chef qui se présente en apprenti à la découverte des coutumes amérindiennes au Québec. Il élabore son menu à la mesure de ses apprentissages & mets en valeur les produits locaux & forestiers. Un bémol pour le dessert qui s'annonce à l'érable. Magnifique & complexe il m'a malgré tout déçue; je n'ai pas retrouvé le goût franc d'érable que j'attendais; un soupçon dans une crème & des dés de sucre à la crème à l'érable (qu'on m'a dit) qui devraient être à mon avis du pur sucre d'érable. Cette friandise était tout de même savoureuse.

Accueil parfait. Très bon repas( wapiti) & légumes sauce hummm. Pain ( banick?) dessert. Service parfaitMusique typique, pas trop forte. On a respecté mon forfait Vaolo.
