We went to visit the museum & decided to eat at the restaurant. We chose to sit outside, it was a gorgeous summer day & the atmosphere overall was great. We had a nice service, ordered Native sourced beers, the smoked wild boar sandwich which was delicious & the trout, which was so-so.
The whole experience was fine but as soon as the restaurant started packing, service got delayed a bit. Nothing that caused stress or disappointment.
The bannock was really good & in the end, we did a little walk by the riverside to enjoy the calming waters. Very nice place indeed.

We had breakfast & diner there. The food was amazing, very tasteful. The rabbit was the best I have ever had. Great options for breakfast too. & it is great to discover some new tastes & products. The atmosphere was super serene (I loved the fireplace in the middle of the room). Staff was super nice.

Deuxième deception, on ne reviendra plus. Service beaucoup trop long, 2h30 pour manger, personnel désagréable, portions beaucoup trop petites, & tout juste chaudes, il faut prendre 4 fois du pain pour avoir quelque chose dans son assiette, le prix est trop élevé pour un 5 plats & une cuisine ordinaire.
(Le prix est resté le meme depuis le depart du chef etoilé, or ce n est plus le meme repas). Un oeuf mollet froid en entrée, & un baba sec en dessert… le tout sans saveurs.
C était malheureusement décevant.

L'ambiente é squisitamente rustico. Il cibo è ottimo con idee gustose ma porzioni piccole. Servizio discutibile, nonostante il menu fisso abbiamo aspettato 30 minuti prima di poter ordinare da bere e per il pane dovevo richiederlo in continuazione perché portavano un pezzo alla volta.
