Si j'avais pu, j'aurais mis 6 étoiles! Le service était impeccable, la nourriture était délicieuse & très variée & on a même eu droit à une représentation privée de la talentueuse chanteuse. Je vais y revenir c'est certain!

Un bel endroit, un accueil chaleureux. Plats toutefois inégaux. L'entrée de baluchon était correct, sans plus, mais la soupe qui a suivi avec les graines de citrouille était à se jeter par terre. Un délice. Le cerf en plat principal était bon, mais les asperges beaucoup trop cuites. Des détails: le pain aurait mérité d'être chaud & le beurre sorti du frigo avant d'être servi. Le 4 services à 58$ est quand même raisonnable pour le prix, mais nous étions heureux de ne pas avoir pris le 6 services à 88$.

Superb. Excellent service. Interesting local products, delicious cuisine. Beautiful setting. We regretted we didn't know about the hotel & spa. We would have stayed there, instead of in Quebec City. We hope to have an opportunity to return.

Tout était très bien. La bouffe abondante & délicieuse, bravo à l'équipe de la cuisine. Nous étions 9 de 4 ans à 80 ans & tout le monde était bien satisfait, merci bien !
