This micro brasserie has an extensive menus of delicious pub grub & home brewed beer. The service is friendly & fast & it's clearly popular with the locals. Try the charcuterie plate & the ribs! We enjoyed it so much we went a second time in our trip to Baie St. Paul.

Quaint pub with a rustic feel. You can watch sports & have a date night or simply hangout with friends. Make sure to reserve as it gets booked up.
They have a nice menu with plenty of options along with local beers. It's a darker atmosphere. The service was good. The waitress was friendly & had good recommendations. The meat was well seasoned, tasty & melted in your mouth.

Chaque visite à la microbrasserie Le Saint-Pub de Baie-Saint-Paul est un véritable bonheur. Toutes leurs bières sont excellentes, brassées avec soin & caractère! Leur fameuse poutine Saint-Pub, généreuse & savoureuse, est un pur délice, tout comme leur soupe à l'oignon, riche en goût & parfaitement réconfortante. Le service, toujours chaleureux & attentionné, ajoute une touche humaine qui rend chaque expérience mémorable. Un lieu que je recommande vivement pour un moment gourmand, convivial & authentique!

Le smoked meat était très ordinaire. J'en ai mangé à New York, à Montréal & à Québec. Je me considère un expert en smoked meat. Malheureusement, celui du Saint-Pub est le moins savoureux. Il est très sec. J'ai l'habitude de le demander pas trop gras & on m'a répondu « nous n'avons qu'une coupe ». J'aurais dû me douter qu'il était probablement coupé d'avance & réchauffé au besoin.
