Quoi dire de plus que mon palais pour cet établissement hors du commun. Je n'ai pas souvenir d'avoir mangé un tartare de boeuf coupé au couteau aussi bon que celui de ce restaurant au coeur historique de baie St Paul. Une salade avec des saveurs extraordinaire & des pommes de terre fabuleuses. Pour finir une crème brûlée figne des plus grands restaurants étoilés. D'ailleurs je demande a ce que ce chef le soit comme mérite.
Tres bel endroit avec un choix de bières maison remarquable.

J'y vais toujours en moto & j'adore cette brasserie. La bière est bonne & le service est toujours bon. J'aimerais revoir revenir des oignons français fait maison sur le menu... 😉🙃 bonne continuation !!

Bel endroit où manger ou festoyer, service très courtois, service des assiettes très rapide , nourriture Excellente. Nous avons pris l onglet de boeuf & le steak st-Pub, je le recommande
