J'ai mangé un plat de linguines au lapin & canneberges, le lapin fondait dans la bouche & la sauce brunâtre était un pur délice. On nous a aussi suggéré un bon vin rouge portugais. Également, un service impeccable.

Entrée rouleau du printemps au canard confit= sans goût , produit industriel congelé , même la sauce accompagnement sans goût, sauce industriel décongelé aussi. . Salade d'accompagnement= vinaigrettes fade & sans goût . Même chose pour la salade verte de mon conjoint. Potage aux courges, servi à peine tiède & peu gouteux. Pain = 2 tranches de baguettes qui était sèche & 6 croutons dans le fond du panier.
Nos assiettes de filet mignon par contre était tendre & cuit à point. Légumes d'accompagnement était aussi délicieux. Les desserts Ok & le vin aussi. Ont y retourne= NON trop chère pour le peu de qualité servi.

Belle ambiance magnifique, staff très chaleureux acceuillant & bienveillant.
Le vin étais très bon aussi au conseil de notre serveur.
Par contre, les huitres étaient pas assez froide (pas assez sur glace), les petoncles étaient vraiment trops sucrés & trempait dans la sauce au dijon, on ne goutais plus les petoncles.
Le canard étais trop cuit & difficile a manger.

Louis-Hébert!!! Le personnel est attentif, a une bonne connaissance du menu, les produits sont frais, les portions sont généreuses tout en gardant une belle présentation donc un bon visuel.
Très belle ambiance, bon vin!!!

Excellent restairant, choix de menu varie, excellente nourriture, vaste choix de vin.

Le chef a même souligne de facon spéciale notre anniversaire de mariage geste très apprécié
