Après des années de ma dernière visite, la cuisine du LH n'a pas perdu de sa précision. Je suis venu seul au bar, sur le coup du midi, j'ai eu pour 35$ un repas 3 services digne de mention! Le foie de cerf rouge me fait encore saliver quelques heures plus tard. Carte des vins à faire rêver dont de grands Bordeaux à parfaite maturité, au prix élevé mais le même que la valeur du marché, IMPRESSIONNANT! Vous êtes passionnés de vins? Allez vous gâter au LH !

Repas familial 2 adultes & 2 enfants (5-7 ans).
Petit problème survenue au paiement de facture de 330$. On a dû s'obstiner avec le maître d'hotel pour qu'il accepte un rabais émis par l'établissement (80$) & ce malgré la date bien valide sur le coupon qu'on avait en main, ainsi que sur l'application dans la main même du maître d'hotel indiquant sa validé. Après quelques minutes il a finalement accepter le bon, en précisant que l'avoir su à la porte il l'aurait refusé, malgré sa validité. Je n'ai rien ajouter à ce commentaire, nous l'avons remercié, payé la facture & quitté.
Avec une facture de plus de 300$ pour un souper (très bien, mais loin de justifier un tel prix), nous aurions apprécié un plus de délicatesse au lieu de nous faire sentir comme'les pauvres' de la place.

Excellent food, but the service was a major letdown. We booked a group of 40 well in advance, yet the service was slow & disorganized. Great kitchen, but the poor service ruined the experience.

Restaurant Louis Hebert hosted our group of 16 in February 2026 with a Table d' Hote & the food & service was superb as always; this was about my 15th time dining here on a nearly annual Quebec City skiing trip & I'll always dine here at least once on each annual trip.

A friend recommended this restaurant & we were not disappointed! It was a quiet note in the dining room (right after Carnival) but we had a great experience with food & service.
Duck breast & lamb shanks were cooked perfectly! We would definitely return.
