Where to start. We arrived at 6pm & were seated. By 6:45 no one had come to take our food order. Eventually the maitre d' saw the menus still at our places & came & took our order. We eventually received our starter at about 7:15 - more than an hour after we sat down. However, our mains didn't arrive until about 8pm by which time we were past it & totally fed up. We finally left your restaurant at 8:30pm. It even took an age to pay the bill. On top of all of this, the tables are so close together it is a joke & I felt sorry in some way for the servers as they had to navigate between tables without bumping into diners. & to cap it all off, I couldn't carry on a conversation with my partner as the noise level was so loud, made even worse by the ridiculously loud piped music. If the restaurant is packed & the noise level really high then switch off the piped music. We will not be back & we will make sure that we tell all our friends about our awful experience.
