Très belle soirée au Matto de l'hôtel 71 dans le Vieux-Québec. Nous avons goûté la minestrone, les calmars frits, les pâtes aux champignons & les ris de veau, Tout était excellent & le service ultra sympathique. Petit bémol, la carte des vins qui est un peu courte.
