Nous fréquentons régulièrement ce restaurant lors de nos visites en cette magnifique ville de Québec.
Hier soir , fut notre expérience la plus décevante.
Le service , efficace & attentionné.
Toutefois la nourriture était loin du standard habituel de l'endroit.
Le calmar frit , lire ici , le peu de rondelles noyé sous les tentacules avec une friture qui camouflait maladroitement le résultat.
L'escalope de veau au citron , certes en quantité abondante , mais une viande fade , peu goûteuse , & semblant cuite en ne laissant aucune lettre de noblesse à cette viande qui peut stimuler nos papilles.

Service courtois empreint d'une grande gentillesse mais manque de personnel sur le plancher.
Très bruyant cependant...mais on s'y attendait.
Nourriture appréciée, bonne qualité/ prix.
