Nouvelle découverte de la semaine à Québec. Restaurant impeccable, service hors pair de l’accueil jusqu’à la table. Les mets sont excellents! Salade de poisson fraîche & délicieuse. Une vraie soupe Miso goûteuse.. & les sushis… que dire? Un orgasme dans la bouche! Tout cela avec une bouteille de vin recommandée par notre serveuse, le Riesling 2019. Si tu veux mange des sushis de qualité, C’EST la place!

Déçue de mon expérience en comparaison à celle d’il y a 1 an.

Pour un bateau 2 personnes, les sushis avait l’air fait dernière minute, poisson pas frais, le riz était répartit irrégulièrement & se défaisait, la garniture ordinaire, les saveurs n’étaient pas au rendez-vous cette-fois ci.
En terme de complexité des saveurs, ça ressemblait à une chaîne express +.

Les photos reflète le bateau en takeout.

Pour finir sur une meilleure note, Le service client était bien en général, & l’ambiance était feutrée.
