Their wait staff was incredibly kind & charming, the atmosphere amazing & in the two times I visited, not a single track on their playlist missed. It's a great place to stop in & spend some time & I will miss it & the people who work there quite a bit! Such a fun place!
Stopped in to this comfort pub as our first stop for vacation
We were immediately greeted by Billy the bartender who made us feel right at home. Drinks were made with care & we loved the atmosphere, will definitely come back before our trip ends!
I don't typically order French onion soup off a menu but it was made in house so I thought I would try it. It is the best soup I have ever tasted by far. Absolutely award winning, will recommend to anyone I know coming to this area. Will visit this pub anytime I am in town. It's so quaint
We loved this place. Great place to stop in for a drink & some lunch- we had the Brie & the smoked meat nachos. Both were excellent. The star is the general ambiance- they even had a wood fireplace going!
Came back to edit my review as we actually met a former employee of Pub Borgia while out another night. He specifically recommended it & had good things to say. I think that says a lot about a place :)
Stopped into Pub Borgia to warm up on this cold winter day & found a cozy spot for delicious cider & the french onion soup is to die for. Highly recommend Pub Borgia
Cosy little pub. The food we had wasn't great though. Probably the worst croque monsieur I have had. Loved the wood burning fire though & the beer was Ok.
Authentic Old Quebec City pub. A late evening visit turned into getting know a few regulars, & the fantastic, friendly bartenders. Enough options on draft or liquor to satisfy a variety of tastes.
