Best pub we found in Quebec. Selina was the most incredible host & such a wonderful soul.
Great selection of beers, cider & wine. Only had the crab cakes as a snack, but they were delicious & the dressing on the salad was amazing. Highly recommend!

I don't typically order French onion soup off a menu but it was made in house so I thought I would try it. It is the best soup I have ever tasted by far. Absolutely award winning, will recommend to anyone I know coming to this area. Will visit this pub anytime I am in town. It's so quaint

Okay the Bree & the bread & the servers are just phenomenal. Highly recommend this place for a bite to eat, a shot of butterscotch!! Or any drink you love.!!

We loved this place. Great place to stop in for a drink & some lunch- we had the Brie & the smoked meat nachos. Both were excellent. The star is the general ambiance- they even had a wood fireplace going!

Came back to edit my review as we actually met a former employee of Pub Borgia while out another night. He specifically recommended it & had good things to say. I think that says a lot about a place :)

Stopped into Pub Borgia to warm up on this cold winter day & found a cozy spot for delicious cider & the french onion soup is to die for. Highly recommend Pub Borgia

Went in for the French Onion Soup & we were not disappointed. It was excellent! Personally, I would have preferred croutons under the cheese, but they had a slice of bread. The soup base was delicious & not too salty. The wait staff were great & very friendly! Bravo! Highly recommend!

My daughter & I visited Quebec city over the 2024 Easter long weekend from Vancouver. We discovered this authentic & delightful pub where we enjoyed lunch twice during the weekend. We had our latte in a bowl, this was so awesome & very traditional. It was my first time having a latte this way. The food offerings are simple yet freshly made & very tasty. The staff were so friendly & courteous. My daughter & I highly recommend a visit to Borgia. It's located at the bottom of the stairs at the beginning of Quartier Petit Champlain.

Bartender (I didn’t get his name) have excellent service, switching between French, English & German depending on the customer. Made recommendations as well as taking orders & engaged with customers, asking about their visit. Never seen a bartender navigate a bar so smoothly, could do it blindfolded. Highly recommend.
