The Sagamité opened its doors in 1999, and people from all over the world have been invited to discover Indigenous culture through gastronomy ever since. This place is named after the meal that has nourished the nation for centuries: the sagamité soup, which consists of corn, squash and beans. The restaurant is located in downtown Wendake.

Je suis arrivé sur une ambiance tres chaleureuse & un beau decor. L'acceuil etais super, l'explication du menus aussi. J'ai eu deux cocktail conseillé par Nadine, ma serveuse, qui étaient excellent ! & son service tout aussi incroyable & très a l'ecoute aussi. Par erreur j'ai recu le gratin dauphinois au lieu des frittes…mais quel belle erreur ! J'ai pris une bouché qui a exploser dans a bouche ! J'en ai meme repris pour la maison. Prix tres abordables aussi pour la qualité & les plats proposés. J'ai pris le mi-cuit de cerf, un peu plus cuit que la normal haha, c'etais juste incroyable. Ma première fois avec cette viande & certain que je retourne manger labas !
