Crowded when we arrived & waited about half an hour in total for a seat & our food to arrive. But it was a good call & there were some Asian looking folks which validated our choice.

The miso ramen was nicely done like what we had in Japan. Broth was rich but do note that the chashu is different. It was thicker & not torched. The egg was also abit over cooked & not as runny. But overall still a good bowl of ramen!

The star for me was the Yakisoba! Nicely stirred fried noodles which go really well with the vegetables. Again it's slightly salty which I guessed it's the norm for Canadians.

Recommend for anyone yearning for a some Japanese food in Quebec.

I loved this place! It was like going back to Japan! We were 4, the restaurant is cute, not too big & very welcoming. The staff is so kind & they explain perfectly the menu, which is amazing for people like me with ibs problems. They give you also advices to be satisfied spending less. The ramen was amazing! I chose a shoy?. The portion was big & i replaced the pork with the chicken, adding the tofu without any problems. We also shared the mochis, suddenly it was like being in Kyoto 😍 Takoyaki are also recommended! Prices very good: average 22$ each for a ramen + shared dessert. Thank you for this experience!
During the weekend, you can also find free parkings in the little streets close to the restaurant.

The Google need to have a bonus star for when things are more than 100% great. It was a cold days & we stopped in for ramen. I had the kimchi ramen & we shared the Japanese chicken bites. The chicken bites were quite remarkable but didn't hold a candle to the ramen broth. My partner thought the broth was too spicy, so maybe it's for those with a bit of a tolerance. There are no pictures as I was overcome with ravenous desire when the food was presented. The most disappointing thing about this visit was that the following day my partner wanted fried Chicken again but they were closed... We went to a fancier place up the road & it was very inferior....

This is our first proper Japanese food in QC & we think it wasn't too bad, we've had more authentic & tastier ramen elsewhere in Toronto & Vancouver. Location is not bad at all, there is no sign of the restaurant name outside, it's kinda hidden in between shops. There is a street parking right across the restaurant.. We might not come back but we did enjoy the experience.

Went today to the ramen restaurant, but was sadly very disappointed. While the service is nice & we got a table fairy fast. The ramen is nothing like what we are used to. Its flavour is as far away from japanese ramen as is Canada from Japan. The broth lacks the richness of ramen & is just overly salty. Meat is not tender at all, & the noodles are definitely not self-made. It is a ramen, but it is made for foreigners

Very cute, authentic little japanese eatery with a seating area & a bar counter. Great affordable food. Warm welcom & excellent service. It's one of a kind in Quebec city.

The ramen was too salty. Not like Japanese ramen.

For sure not the best Ramen in the world, but maybe the most authentic in quebec city. Broth needs to be a bit more thicker & bold. & lack of pork belly quality... but delicious anyway. & at least they speak Japanese & they have Asahi beer. Kanpai
