Excellent! Les produits sont de qualités avec une touche du terroir bien présente & valorisée! Le menu a de quoi plaire à tous. Ajoutons à ça un service est impeccable & une ambiance agréable. Pour le brunch, le midi ou le souper, le Bistro Evolution sait recevoir!

Excellent food, with reasonable portions. I ate well without feeling stuffed. The staff was fantastic we never even has to ask for a water refill. I wholeheartedly recommend Bistro Evolution & will definitely go again next time I'm in town.

Service tout à fait exceptionnel & la nourriture de très bon goût & super de belle présentation.

Sur plusieurs visites, nous avons toujours été tes bien servis, les différents menus étaient dans l'ensembe très bien aussi. Menu intéressant, qui couvre différents goûts.
L'ambiance est bonne, l'endroit est neuf au décor agréable... un beau Bistro!

Les prix sont cependant très dispendieux, l'assiette de crabe, sans pinces, très petite portion est à 36$ est franchement pas donnée... ça ne vaut pas le prix du tout. La crème brûlée à 9$, j'ai jamais vu ça aileurs encore comme prix! Un hot shot café à 7$ non plus ...

Service & repas de qualité dans une environnement courante & à jour. Pour le Brunch samedi ou dimanche ou pour le dîner en semaine, je recommande le Bistro Évolution sans aucune doute!

J'aime le concept, le menu simple, la fraîcheur des produits & le service attentionné. Terminé la recherche d'un resto exceptionnel. Ce "Bistro Évolution" est exceptionnel ! Mes amies sont aussi de cet avis.
