Tout ce que nous avons mangé était vraiment savoureux. On a commandé la planche charcuteries, la pieuvre & un jarret de porc!! Le service était vraiment extra avec Mathilde, joviale, attentionnée & bonne conseillère. C'était notre première visite & pas la dernière !!

Excellente cuisine avec un services extrêmement synpatiques.
Venant des Îles-de-la madeleine, je suis plutôt critique envers la cuissons des pétoncles & fruits de mer.
Les cuisiniers du Bistro Évolution savent absolument bien les cuires à la perfection !
Entrée de canard exceptionnelle, assiette de lapin & pétoncle très gouteuse, le tout avec une belle variété de cocktails & de vins.
Nous ferons le 45 minutes de route pour y revenir a nouveau volontier !

Excellente soirée. Jasmine est vraiment solide, sympathique & disponible au niveau du service. Les desserts de Clément sont excellents & Lisa, en cuisine fait des merveilles. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit pour passer une superbe soirée.

Incredible meal here. Atmosphere & service were wonderful. Nice selection of cocktails & craft beer. We enjoyed foie gras appetizer & mains octopus & rabbit. Menu is tasteful & small. Highly recommend!
