Très bonne cuisine, un peu cher côté rapport qualité-prix. L'établissement gagnerait à augmenter l'offre de vins au verre; peu de choix & ces derniers sont plutôt coûteux.

Un des meilleurs restaurant que j'ai eu la chance de découvrir. Nous avons la chance d'avoir visiter les meilleurs au Canada & L'évolution fait parti des 5 meilleurs. Nourriture haute game, service irréprochable & ambiance parfaite.
