Délicieux. Des plats très fins. Ce sont les yeux qui gouttent d'abord; la présentation visuelle des plats ouvre l'appetit. Ensuite, chaque plat trouve un équilibre astucieux entre élements centraux & touches de finesse. Rien n'est surfait. Juste ce qu'il faut pour élever chaque plat. De plus, les produits saisonniers sont mis en valeur (bluets, fenouil, courgettes). Service irreprochable. Bravo!

Delicious. Very delicate dishes. First, the eyes taste; the visual presentation of each dish will whet your appetite. Then each dish finds a clever balance between core elements & strokes of refinement. No overkill. Just enough to elevate each dish. To top it all off, seasonal produce is happily very present (blueberries, fennel, zucchini). Excellent service, both in English & French. Bravo to both the chef & the other staff.

J'aime le concept, le menu simple, la fraîcheur des produits & le service attentionné. Terminé la recherche d'un resto exceptionnel. Ce "Bistro Évolution" est exceptionnel ! Mes amies sont aussi de cet avis.
