Fabuleuse découverte fortuite à La Malbaie un samedi soir de février. Plats extrêmement savoureux. Alexandre maîtrise l'art du service autant qu'il connaît ses plats & le détail de leur provenance toujours locale, tout comme sa belle sélection de vins au verre. Nous nous avons été franchement bien accueillis, de façon fort sympathique. Vous en aurez pour votre argent & bien davantage, en plus de passer un excellent moment, ce qui est devenu plutôt rare dans cette nouvelle ère de restauration. Dommage que nous ne pouvions y retourner le lendemain pour découvrir l'offre du dîner. Nous reviendrons assurément. Longue vie à ce petit bijou & chapeau à ce duo de passionnés pour leur projet inspirant.
