My wife & I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Confit on a slow night, & it was one of the best meals I've ever had. The food was spectacular - such unique flavors & dishes, & the bread with smoked butter was the best I've ever had. What made it even more special was spending the evening with the owners, Alex & Joannie, who made us feel like family & shared so many amazing stories. You can feel their passion for what they do & the dishes they create. We ended up going back the next night just to hang out & get a few small bites. If you're in the Charlevoix area, you would be doing yourself a huge disservice by not visiting Confit.

Where to begin? This was an experience unlike any other. My husband & I wanted to try something unique & special for our 10 year anniversary. Confit did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived we were treated like valued guests. The ambiance was fun & romantic. Every single item within the walls of this restaurant has a story & was selected with appreciation & passion for its maker. From the onions to the chairs to the art on the walls. Alex & Joannie have created an immersive culinary experience into the heart & soul of local farmers & artisans. The level of passion these two have for Confit & its patrons is unrivaled. Of course, the food itself was mind blowing. We had the Spring tasting menu with the wine pairing. Each dish was so carefully crafted & balanced. If I could eat here for all my days, it would still not be enough. Thank you Alex & Joannie for such a memorable experience!

Du décor, au service, aux saveurs, Confit fut l'une des meilleures expériences culinaires que mon père & moi avons vécues. Aussi, un énorme merci à tout le personnel d'avoir rendu cette expérience aussi phénoménale. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Quelle magnifique découverte! D'abord l'accueil hors pair & la playlist de feu du copropriétaire Alexandre, ses recommandations & une dégustation offerte pour un choix éclairé, incluant des produits du terroir mis en vedette autant sur la carte à boire que sur le menu, un service impeccable de la part d'Alicia puis une explosion de saveur à travers le menu gastronomique de notre deuxième cohost & maître en cuisine, Joannie. Une soirée mémorable! Merci beaucoup :)

Le service, la nourriture, l'ambiance, même la play-list, tout était absolument PARFAIT. J'ai adoré l'expérience. 🤩 Produits locaux, conseils du'barmelier' propriétaire, dégustations. Je recommande à 1000%.

Très beau restaurant avec une super sélection de vins, cocktails & cocktails sans alcool.
C'est une des meilleures expériences de cuisine du terroir de la région. Chaque plat est décortiqué par le service chaleureux & joyeux qui y règne. La cuisine est pleine de saveurs & de textures & vous trouverez le fond de votre assiette toujours plus vite que vous l'auriez souhaité. Un arrêt incontournable!
