Ma dernière expérience de cuisine louisiannaise c'était du poulet frit à 2$ dans le fond d'un depanneur en banlieue de Lafayette, fait que la barre était haute pas mal. Mais comme des vrais ptits Dick Fosbury y'ont clairé ça no stress.

Je recommande le menu dégustation. Beaucoup de variété, nourriture excellente. J'aurais par contre aimé que les plats soient plus typé cajun.

Première visite, mais assurément pas la dernière!! Le décor est super, on se croit en Louisianne! Sans parler de l'ambiance chaleureuse & le staff incroyablement attentionné! Une excellente découverte culinaire, un vrai régal! Je recommande 100%!

On s'en doutait que ça serait bon....J'ai adoré l'ambiance, le staff est disponible & connaît son affaire. Belle sélection de vins & de cocktail avec sa touche du sud. La nourriture était sublime. Une formule à partager en gang. Une super belle expérience, je recommande vivement.
