Service irréprochable du début à la fin. Les explications sur les plats sont claires & donnent vraiment envie. La cuisine est excellente, dépaysante, avec une belle spécialité cajun revisitée à la sauce québécoise. Après 5 années à Québec, ce restaurant entre sans hésitation dans notre top 3. Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés.
Une expérience culinaire hors du commun. Les saveurs sont uniques & le mariage cajun/québécois est succulent. Que dire du service & de l'ambiance extraordinaire! Idéalement, si vous êtes 2, assoyez-vous au bar, l'expérience est meilleure & laissez-les vous servir le menu dégustation. On n'a même pas besoin de choisir, le mixologue, Théo, nous pose 2-3 questions & nous sert un super cocktail, même chose pour les autres verres. C'était une recommandation de notre fille & nous y retournerons avec des amis! Le coût est très honnête! Pierre & Lisa
Vu l'équipe nous attendions une nourriture excellenete & n'avons pas été décu.

Quand je me suis fait demander par ma famille d'un souper au resto, j'ai pas hesité a réserver au courtbouillon, depuis 6 mois on voit des photos & commentaires qui attirent l'estomac !

De la bière, des bloodys , une tortue, vin d'espagne, qui ont accompagné notre menu découverte trop savoureux!!!
