Absolutely delicious food, we were blown away. We took the sample menu & it did not disappoint. Good wine as well at a fair price. Service was top notch. We will for sure go again when in Quebec City.

Mais quelle belle découverte! Les avis dithyrambiques sur Google ne mentent pas, ça vaut largement un 5*!
Il vient de se placer dans notre top 3 des restos de Québec.
La nourriture était succulente, mais notre coup de coeur a été le service, qui a rendu le tout encore plus incroyable. Cocktails personnalisés à votre goût par un mixologue très à l'écoute, si vous avez le budget, n'hésitez pas à tenter l'expérience au bar!
Dernier petit conseil: essayez le menu découverte si c'est votre première fois.
Nous allons certainement revenir & faire marcher le bouche à oreille pour que ce petit joyau perdure.

Très belle soirée au Courtbouillon. Les plats du menu dégustation étaient savoureux, le service attentionné du début à la fin & le cadre chaleureux rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. Une adresse à découvrir sans hésiter!

The tapas style menu was enjoyable - we tried the tasting menu & liked everything, & it was not too much food for two people. The waiter was great at recommending drinks & explaining the dishes, great service & we never felt rushed or saw other tables being rushed. Unique experience in quebec city. We came on a weekday off season (april) so had no trouble getting a table. We could even walk to it from where we were staying in the old city. Lovely!
