La moitié des plats étaient très bons, l'autre moitié assez mid. Souvent trop salé. Les huîtres trop chères pour le rendu. On ne pouvait pas s'entendre parler. On s'attendait à mieux.

Il est rare de trouver un restaurant où chaque plat se démarque avec autant de saveurs. Je recommande fortement cet endroit, non seulement pour la qualité de sa gastronomie, mais aussi pour son personnel passionné. On sent que chaque repas est préparé & servi avec soin, comme s'il venait directement de la Louisiane. Un incontournable dans la ville de Québec.

Au Courtbouillon, à Québec, on ne mange pas vraiment : on consent à une invocation.

Le terre & mer de Louisiane arrive comme un pacte entre deux royaumes anciens : la glaise chaude, les braises du bayou, le sel noir des profondeurs. Chaque bouchée semble porter la mémoire d'un marécage lointain, d'une fête clandestine sous une lune rouge, où la terre offre sa chair & la mer répond par ses sortilèges.

Le crabe au bouillon, lui, relève presque du talisman. On le devine sorti d'un chaudron primordial, où l'océan aurait longtemps murmuré avec les épices. C'est dense, vibrant, mystérieux - un plat qui ne se laisse pas seulement goûter, mais interpréter.

Une adresse rare, chargée d'ondes, de sel & de feu. On y revient comme on retourne vers un rêve qu'on n'a pas entièrement compris.

Such a great spot. The vibe is super chill & welcoming, & the food honestly blew me away. Huge shoutout to Chef Alain & Raph, you can really feel the passion in every dish. Everything we tried was full of flavor & clearly made with care. Definitely coming back.

le service était top. Nous avons pris le menu découverte & c'était vraiment bon & original ! Je me suis laissé tenté par des cocktails & ils étaient tops aussi !
