Repas en famille très décevant. Tous les plats étaient beaucoup trop salés & bien trop simples pour le prix demandé ; on a l'impression d'avoir des plats basiques renommés'style cajun' sans la qualité qui va avec. Le service était agaçant : les serveurs venaient remplir nos verres d'eau toutes les 30 secondes alors qu'ils étaient encore pleins. Pour finir, le serveur s'est excusé pour le sel en invoquant un'cuisinier débutant' & nous a proposé des shots de café offerts... pour finalement nous les facturer. Une pratique très limite.

Wow… quelle expérience! Service super amical tout en restant pro. Les cocktails sont excellents & la carte des vins est vraiment bien choisie.

La nourriture? Juste wow. Chaque plat m'a surprise dès la première bouchée avec des saveurs hyper bien équilibrées & une petite touche unique du Courbouillon. Le mix cajun/québécois fonctionne à merveille.

Gros coup de coeur pour le menu découverte … parfait pour tout goûter! mon nouveau resto préféré à Québec !! 😍
