A gem!! Cajun twist on locally sourced ingredients. I had oysters, boudin Cajun sausage duck & pork, sweet potato crème brûlée & a regular guest recommended add-on grilled fois gras, delicious!! Cocktail & wine pairing are brilliant suggestions from the house. As a solo dinner, I had excellent service & a great seat at the bar (I love bar seating). Lively atmosphere small enough for a good vibe. The kitchen is open & the chefs are certainly busy & well choreographed! What a memorable gastronomic experience, merci.
