Our favorite meal of our 10 day trip to Canada. amazing food, friendly service, great advice on ordering, cheerful atmosphere, everything was excellent. don't miss the swordfish & the signature courtbouillon it was soo good! highly recommend !

L'ambiance est superbe & la nourriture à la hauteur de son super chef (Rafael Théberge).

Les assiettes sont petits & très dispendieux. Manque de goût & d'épices pour de la cuisine inspiré de la Louisiane. Les accompagnement sont chargés à part.

Quelle belle découverte au Courbouillon!
Dès mon arrivée, j'ai senti une énergie d'équipe soudée, qui travaille avec le même but : avoir du plaisir ensemble & offrir une cuisine absolument phénoménale. Tout était tout simplement délicieux! Un énorme bravo à toute l'équipe pour cette expérience mémorable.

Coup de coeur gourmand dans St-Roch : Courtbouillon

Dès qu'on franchit la porte, on sent que ce resto a une âme. Une ambiance décontractée, un service humain & attentionné - l'équipe prend vraiment soin de nous, sans chichis, comme si on était des ami·e·s de longue date. 🙃

Dans l'assiette? Un voyage qui flirte avec les saveurs cajun, relevées juste comme il faut, mais toujours ancrées dans des produits bien québécois.
Poissons, viandes & légumes du terroir s'offrent une danse épicée comme un coloré mardi-gras louisianais.

Courtbouillon, c'est ce genre d'adresse où on ressort avec le sourire, le ventre heureux… & l'envie de déjà planifier sa prochaine visite ou de vite en parler aux ami•e•s

À mes yeux, wow, une des belles découvertes culinaires cette année!
