Restaurant découvert par hasard & se fut une très belle surprise . Dans l'assiette c'était un vrai régal ( surtout le court-bouillon de homard 😋) . Les serveurs sont très sympathiques & professionnels . Merci pour ce superbe moment qu'on a passé . Une adresse à ne pas loupé si vous voulez passer un très bon moment . Merci encore

De passage a Québec depuis la France (Bretagne) nous avons adoré le moment passé au Courtbouillon.
Les serveurs étaient très sympathiques, le conseil des boissons très juste & la nourriture délicieuse.
Nous regrettons de ne pas habiter plus près car nous serions revenus plusieurs fois.

C'était notre 2e visite & tout était toujours aussi bon! Service impeccable & chaleureux, ambiance très cool. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation à nouveau & tout était très bon & bien balancé. Les portions sont généreuses & on s'y sent comme à la maison!

Formidable & Exceptionnel. Ce sont les mots qui me viennent à la bouche quand je pense à ce dinner en sortant du court bouillon. Je recommande grandement le menu découverte. Un plaisir gustatif à chaque assiette, un mélange de saveurs & de plaisirs.

I can't say enough good things about Courtbouillon! We visited during a quick trip to Quebec City & it was the perfect first night. The drinks were crafted with so much care & tailored to our tastes (favorites: Cajun margarita & cucumber lime). The food was unbelievable. Period. We chose to have the surprise tasting menu & it was the best decision. They adjusted our dishes to accommodate my husband's preferences on seafood, while still letting me enjoy it all. The charbroiled oysters were SPECTACULAR. My top 5 dishes in order: oysters, fried halibut, buffalo/blue cheese chicken, hush puppies, pork/duck sausage. The staff was very attentive & kind, & explained each dish to us. I will forever recommend this place!

How anyone that enjoys excellent food at a fair price can give this less than 5⭐?is completely unfair. The entire staff is welcoming, thoughtful, engaging, & attentive. You will never have an empty water glass, or miss a brief chuckle with any of them. Is the food'authentic Louisiana Cajun'? No. Does it have Cajun & French influences, leveraging local produce & protein to provide an outstanding dining experience? Absolutely! We live in Florida, we have been to Louisiana multiple times, & we've never had a meal in either state that is as terrific as this. C'est magnifique!
