Très bonne adresse ! Nous avons très bien mangé, avec des plats copieux & une belle revisite des classiques québécois. Le restaurant fume lui-même sa viande, ce qui apporte vraiment une touche supplémentaire aux plats. J'ai pris un pâté chinois, revisité à leur façon, & c'était vraiment excellent. Une cuisine généreuse, originale & pleine de saveurs. Une adresse qui vaut clairement le détour !

Ambiance remarquable, décorations incroyable, service impeccable.
Le tartare de canard & bison était le meilleur tartare que j'ai mangé dans ma vie.

Le seul léger problème extra mac&cheese Homard froid & le homard trop cuit 😕

Nous avions reserve pour 2 personnes. Arrivés à l'heure. Beaucoup d'attente pour obtenir d'abord la carte des boissons, puis 10 mn apres, celle des plats. Attente tres longue pour la prise de commande & les deux tables proches de nous avec des clients arrivés apres nous ont été servies avant nous.
Hamburger très bons, mais salade au saumon trop salée.
Très bruyant mais passe...

Grâce à la recommendation d'une connaissance, je suis allé à ce resto avec ma famille. Ce fut l'un des meilleurs restaurants auquel je suis allé. Nous sommes venus de loin, & nous ne sommes pas déçu. Les côtes saint-louis & le brisket valent le trajet.

Shout-out à notre serveuse (dont j'ai oublié le nom, désolé :( ) ainsi qu'à Michael qui a été super sympathique !

Ce soir un tartare très peu copieu pour 38$ (hors taxes & pourboires).
Je suis repartie avec + 215$ (pour 2) en ayant encore faim. Vraiment honteux.

La viande est délicieuse tendre & sa cuisson parfaite. Je recommande vraiment pour la viande. Le service sympa & attentif. L'ambiance est chouette aussi bonne musique.

Excellent restaurant, le tartare de boeuf était succulent & le contre filet était tendre à souhait, l'entrée de fromage & charcuterie était tout simplement délicieuse. Notre serveuse était d'une extrême gentillesse & que dire du super service.
