Avec Pierre-Luc, j'ai reçu l'un des meilleurs services de toute ma vie dans un restaurant. Sérieusement, c'est un exemple à suivre!

J'ai également apprécié que Daniel vienne s'asseoir avec nous & qu'il prenne le temps de discuter. Sa passion pour son entreprise & l'amour qu'il souhaite transmettre à l'Usine sont vraiment inspirants.

La bouffe un gros wow! Les échantillons de bière à notre arrivée, quelle belle attention! & les champignons offerts durant le repas, un autre wow!

J'avais perdu fois en la VM, mais après cette expérience, vous êtes remontés dans mon top 5!

It's a nice place with good local vibe. The food is fresh & tasty. Their signature tartares are good. It comes with fries too. The burgers are really good. & the bison steak cooked medium rare is fantastic. There is no English menu, unfortunately. We used Google Translate so it was no problem.

We ordered the grilled oysters, but it was pretty dry with all the juiced gone. Won't recommend that.

Cuisine correcte mais seulement 2 desserts à la carte & aucun disponibles pour terminer le repas, pas de pain servi à table & ma fille de 4 ans servie en dernier (juste pour des pates à la tomate).
Bonne bière IPA.
