Lovely lunch experience with the 5 dollar menu. Excellent service, wine list is a littl pricey, we found the same bottles (Camy reserve chardonnay) for 15 less. Great service, Tight space thought, but not loud. Highly recommend.

C'est délicieux !! La nourriture en petite bouchée qui se déguste tres bien ! En agréable compagnie nous recevons un peu service meme s'il se mélange un peu nous avons un service courtois & agréable. Parfois le ton de voix est fort, cela doit dépendre du genre de clients qu'ils reçoivent. Sinon, c'était un beau moment en bonne compagnie. Nous pouvons demander le service de valet. Ce n'est pas évident se stationner a cet endroit ne connaissant pas le coin. Par contre, la nourriture & les accords de vin nous ont fait oubliée rapidement ! Merci pour tout !

This was an amazing meal, provided by knowledgeable & engaged service staff. We had a meal consisting of sea snails, venison tartare, halibut, guinea fowl, & beef. Everything was fantastic. The halibut in particular was one of the best things I have ever tasted (possibly the best thing?). We had the wine pairing, which I would also recommend.

Pour notre souper nous étions assis à la table des chefs! Quelle expérience inoubliable !!! Nous étions assis à même la cuisine ! Nous avons pris le repas 6 services avec l'accord mets-vin. Tout s'agençait à la perfection. Le service & les plats étaient impeccables.
Malgré une facture un peu salée, l'expérience en a value la peine. On peut maintenant cocher la case :'manger dans un restaurant étoilé Michelin' dans notre belle ville de Québec !

If there was a rating for'Rate YourExperience' we would give it a 10*
This establishment is just perfect. From the time you enter & see the clan working together to put together these amazing plates, to the friendly & professional staff making sure everything is just right, this evening was special.
We will be talking about our time here for the rest of our days - as this will be tough to beat.
Bravo Le Clan!!

Was enjoyable evening. However, I thought the food was just fine. Nothing special. The last few non-Michelin starred restaurants I've been to were superior when putting the food head to head. If I didn't know it had a star I wouldn't have guessed it.
Also felt very'factory like'. Putting dishes out in a mechanical fashion. It was a turn off walking in & seeing 15 of the same dish lined up in the kitchen waiting to go out.
