votre systeme de réservation de groupe par répondeur ne fonctionne pas. je n'ai jamais eu de retour d'appel. j'ai du réserver une salle a l'hotel Chateau Roberval. je suis quand même aller souper chez vous avec un service extraordinaire de la part de Carole-Anne. Ne la perdez pas elle vous a sauvé la mise !!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment. J'avais choisi un bon moment pour une ambiance décontracte & pouvoir jaser pendant le repas. Nous avons été servie par Caro, dynamique & souriante. Le menu était super! J'ai mangé l'excellent pétoncle & porc braisé. Tout était délicieux !

C'est toujours une sortie agréable que d'aller chez vous. Constance, passion & professionnalisme décrirais bien l'expérience globale. Une mention spéciale à tous les anciens qui offrent toujours un excellent service (Carolanne, Carl, Dave, Shayna). & mention spéciale également aux plus nouveaux qui offrent un service à la hauteur des anciens, Émilie, Audrey, Marjo, Tania, pour ne nommer que ceux-là. (Ceux & celles qui nous servent le plus souvent :) Vous avez une équipe du tonnerre, de l'accueil (Michaël & Vanessa) au repas. Merci pour ces beaux moments.
