Absolument Incroyable !
Nous y sommes allés pour fêter l'anniversaire de mon mari & c'est de loin le meilleur restaurant que l'on ai fait à Québec ! Un sans faute, un accueil incroyable, l'ambiance du restaurant est magnifique, la serveuse était exceptionnelle, la cuisine juste parfaite & le gérant merveilleux avec de supers attentions pour mon mari ! Un immense merci à tous pour ce moment inoubliable !! En plus de tout, nous nous sommes régalés comme rarement nous l'avons fait ! Le râble de lapin & le magret de canard sont à tomber par terre !!

The first place we chose to have dinner on our three-day visit to Quebec was Le Lapin Saute to sample their rabbit pot pie & the rabbit stew with wine & vegetables. The flavors of both were comforting, reflecting the recipe of a'home-cooked' meal; the rabbit tender, flavorful, the pastry of the pie flaky & buttery, the vegetables tasted'garden-fresh.'

Most fancy restaurants serve small servings & pretentious dishes. This is a fancy place with great portions & very tasty food!

The duck fois gras is exactly the way it should taste, seeved with an amazing ginger bread.

Went with the Rabbit Poutine with mustard & it too was so tasty!

Finally, I consider myself to be a Crème Brûlée. I've had it all over the US, Canada & Europe , including in Paris & this was as good as I've had, done just right!

The service is nice. The restaurant is quite small - I estimate about 30 seats, so make a reservation. It will be worth it!

Exceptional service, great food, highly recommend a reservation to allow for ample time to enjoy the atmosphere & food. A perfect start to exploring the Old City on a snowy evening.
