Dinner was fabulous & the outside seating added to the dinner experience. Guinea Hen, Veal with sweetbread, & the Rack of Lamb were great choices off the menu along with the wine. Great place to have dinner with family or friends.

I want to give a big KUDOS to this restaurant & all the staff. Last Friday, we hosted a symposium event for medical professionals - the stakes were high, & we had a large group requiring a 3-course meal (~25 people). The restaurant was extremely attentive to our requests & questions leading up to the event, rearranging the meeting room seating plan, organizing meal selections & a number of dietary restrictions.

During the event, the staff were extremely patient, accommodating several additional attendees who decided to join last-minute & people moving to different tables throughout the night. Regardless, meals went to the correct people on time & were delicious. There were several praises for the quick service & we greatly appreciate how respectful the staff were of the presentation ahead of dinner. Thank you all so much for your hard work. We will certainly return to Restaurant Louis-Hébert in the future!

Le Louis Hébert est une institution à Québec & un incontournable. Très bon rapport qualité prix & personnel attentionné. Le propriétaire s'implique dans son commerce & nous accueille toujours chaleureusement. Un grand plaisir d'y manger en toutes circonstances.
