J'ai grandi dans le quartier latin & j'ai toujours vécu à Québec. Depuis toujours, le Louis-Hébert donne la meilleure prestation de service & de repas. Néanmoins, les temps changent & nous constatons que le niveau de la clientèle s'abaisse. Nous remercions particulièrement notre serveur qui a eu la bonne idée d'inviter nos 4 bruyants voisins de table à s'installer près d'une fenêtre, peu de temps après leur arrivée. Cela nous a permis de profiter de notre soirée agréablement.
Merci encore pour l'excellence du service.

Acceuil généreux, Menu varié & imaginatifs. Plats exécutés à partir d'ingrédients variés, choisis & frais (crevettes particul;ièrement délectables) & préparés avec grand goût. Service de tyrès bon style, empressés & reservé à la fois, généreux d'explications lorsque sollicité. Décor du Québec très bien entretenu. Recommandé avec certitude.
