Went for dinner last night . Second time at this restaurant. Service & food was wonderful first time last year when we visited which is why we returned this year . However, the summer festival started yesterday & the restaurant was overly crowded for the staff available & it very much affected the service - we were just left sitting with wine & bread for 40 minutes then again for the main meal. Worse is that no one bothered to come & explain things to us. We were given more bread & could easily have finished our bottle of wine before we even got our meal given how slow it was. We learned later from the server that others were experiencing the same thing too . We will give this restaurant another chance maybe next year - but won't go if there is a crowded event going on. Too bad but it is an expensive dinner & we were not happy to have that money wasted.

Excellent & beau restaurant! Nous avons tout adoré de ce que nous avons commandé: entrée de Fondue parmesan & aranchini + Filet mignon avec torchon de foie gras & jour de boeuf braisé.
Très bon service. Personnels très courtois.

Je ne peux avoir une critique sur le Louis-Hébert.
Tout ce que J'ai demandé lors de ma réservation a été obtenus .
La seule chose que je déplore amèrement & cela n'est pas particulier au Louis - Hébert mais à tout les restaurateurs du Québec. C'est de placer le pourboire sur la taxe. Le pourboire va au service obtenue & non sur une taxe . Le tout est apparu durant & après la pandémie !!! Je suggère à tout les clients des restaurants de donner le pourboire en argent où le mettre sur la machine ou il y a symbole $ . MERCI !

This is an amazing little restaurant that should not be overlooked in a sea of restaurants along the street.
Stopped in our travels through Quebec on the way to Nova Scotia.
Everything is always just perfect there. The maitre d switches to English as soon as you say hi our waiter was exceptional & the food absolutely delicious. The beef cheeks should not be missed.
