Il y a 32ans que je n'étais pas aller au restaurant Louis Hébert, dans mon souvenir tout avait été merveilleux. J'ai bien reconnu le restaurant
toujours aussi beau. Par contre la nourriture très moyen. L'entrée bonne mais trop salée, le repas une bavette: je crois que c'est la plus mauvaise bavette que j'ai mangé. Elle devait être cuite & non saignante, j'avais spécifié rosée & non saignante, je devais me battre avec pour la couper & le reste de l'assiette était très ordinaire....la surprise se trouve dans le dessert une crème brûlée extra...là ils m'ont jeté par terre...

The food was fabulous & the presentation was very nice. The staff were very attentive to the needs of the group. The atmosphere is very clean & bright. Just wish the weather was better to sit on the terrace. Oh well next time.

J'ai mangé un plat de linguines au lapin & canneberges, le lapin fondait dans la bouche & la sauce brunâtre était un pur délice. On nous a aussi suggéré un bon vin rouge portugais. Également, un service impeccable.
