Fish & chips were overly oily. Our table ordered Salmon & we asked to take it back. Drinks were good but nothing amazing. I remember having been to their location in Sherbrooke & loving it but now it seems quality has gone down. Nice atmosphere however since it was more crowded for game night there was less attentive service.

J'ai vraiment apprécié ma première visite. La bière était excellente & que dire du fish & Chip de dégustation, un vrai délice. Nous étions 3 à l'avoir commandé & nous avons tous été unanime, c'était divin. Ils ont marié 3 poissons qui se retrouvent rarement servi dans le même plat, de l'aiglefin, du saumon & de la morue. Eh bien pari réussi. Je n'ai encore rien dit sur la superbe terrasse, celle-ci aussi vaut le détour. Bref, si vous cherchez un endroit pour passer du temps entre amis avec une ambiance agréable, je vous recommande la microbrasserie Siboire, vous ne le regretterez pas.

Toujours un plaisir d'y retourné, un des meilleurs endroit où passer un moment avec des amis dans la basse-ville. La nourriture est parmi ce qu'il se fait de mieux pour une brasserie, je recommande les fish & chips & la poutine forestière. Les options en sans alcool mériteraient d'être étoffées, le choix semble diminuer avec le temps.

Une belle découverte dans notre quartier! Nous sommes arrêtés pour le dîner avec notre garçon de deux ans qui a adoré son macaroni au fromage! Nous, les parents, avons adoré la sélection de bière & les fish & chips ;)

Belle découverte. Microbrasserie urbaine. La bière est'EXCELLENTE'. Très bonne ambiance, beaucoup de monde le jeudi. Bon fish'n chip. On y retournera. Merci.🙏
