Fish & chips were overly oily. Our table ordered Salmon & we asked to take it back. Drinks were good but nothing amazing. I remember having been to their location in Sherbrooke & loving it but now it seems quality has gone down. Nice atmosphere however since it was more crowded for game night there was less attentive service.

Belle microbrasserie en plein coeur du quartier Saint-Sauveur. Bon service, super ambiance, bouffe délicieuse & bières parfaites, & les prix sont abordables : C'est une bonne adresse !

4e visite a St Vallier(14 02 26) pour le diner. Ambiance relax,belle deco,mange tres bien. Une mention spéciale a Julia. Tres bon service,vraiment charmante & agéable. Nous(4) avons tres apprécié. Merci

Le repas était super bon & le service courtois. Cependant, j'aurais aimé qu'il soit plus visible que les chiens (autre que les chiens d'assistance) sont acceptés à l'intérieur du restaurant. Entendre aboyer & sentir l'odeur de chien mouillé pendant un repas n'est pas ce que je qualifierait d'une ambiance agréable. Ça avait tellement l'air courant que j'ai pris le temps de revalider sur votre site s'ils sont acceptés & votre foire aux questions laisse entendre qu'ils ne sont seulement acceptés que sur la terrasse extérieure l'été.

J'adore le Siboire!

C'est LA place pour les 5 à PLUS à Québec!
Le personnel est vraiment sympathique & attentionné… même quand tu fais la file pour attendre une table, on vient te servir un petit verre de bière… UNIQUE.

Décor chaleureux & top!!!!

Bouffe excellente!!!

En été… la MAGNIFIQUE terrasse, la plus belle de toutes!!! ….
