Excellent service! Belle expérience culinaire. Bien que nous avions réservé pour 17h & nous étions assis à une table haute (super) mais à proximité de la porte d'entrée (avec un courant d'air & le va & vient de tous les clients qui entrent). Nous préciserons cet élément lorsque nous retournerons à ce s=resto.

Siboire is hands down the best microbrewery in Québec City! We loved trying all the IPAs - it was so fun to taste the different styles, & honestly, none of them disappointed. Every beer we tried was fire 🔥. The food was insane too - probably the best poutine I've had in Canada! The poutine forestière was unreal - rich, flavorful, & perfectly balanced. Great vibes, amazing beer, & awesome food - simply a great spot to hang out with your friends ! 🍻🍟

Très bel endroit cependant pour un samedi midi où c'était presque vide: service lent, certains plats indisponibles (toutes les pâtes), un menu qui devait contenir des fraises a été servie sans nous avoir avisé qu' il n'y en avait plus ce qui changeait le goût & avoir su nous aurions pris autre chose. Des cornichons ont été ajoutés à un hamburger qui ne devait pas en contenir ce qui était décevant pour la personne qui n'en mange pas. Nous avons mentionné pour le plat dans fraise & heureusement nous avons été contentes de ne pas le payer.

Nous sommes arrêtés pour dîner ! Endroit avec une belle ambiance, les prix sont raisonnables. Par contre, je vous déconseille le nachos, presqu'aucun fromage. Le mac & cheese est super bon par contre.
