Très belle microbrasserie, les bières sont vraiment bonnes. Très bonne ambiance & le service est vraiment génial. Cela fait plusieurs fois que l'on vient & nous adorons.

Food choices are mostly fish dishes, I don't understand why we've been (5 of us) put in a table of 4 in a mostly empty restaurant. Beer is ofc good, this is not a new player in the business... Please more snack not more than 50% of the menu fish

Très excité de l'arrivé de Siboire à Québec,j'avais hâte d'y aller & je n'ai vraiment pas été déçu. L'endroit est super beau, très lumineux & spacieux. Le staff est très serviable & sympathique. Très bon service Les bières sont excellentes & pas mal diversifiées. Vous pouvez en goûter 6 différentes avec la palette de dégustation. J'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner cet été pour essayer la terrasse

Nous avions réservé une salle privée pour notre souper de Noël. Décor chaleureux & ambiance hyper conviviale. J'ai commandé le Fish'n chips au saumon/érable très bon, bonne portion. La personne qui s'est occupée de notre groupe était souriante, à l'écoute & m'a suggéré de très bonnes bières ! Super belle découverte, c'est sans l'ombre d'un doute mon coup de coeu
