L'Emporium est une microbrasserie très accueillante, le menu de sa spécialité pizza varié & créatif & le service impeccable. Seul bémol, l'endroit est bruyant lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de clients, ce qui n'enlève toutefois rien à notre intention d'y retourner.

Excellent choix pour les pizzas, qui sont succulentes. Croûte parfaite & garniture des plus fraîche. C'est LE plat à commander. Le service est très attentionné & sympathique, & on prend le temps de nous expliquer les bières. Visiblement on sait de quoi on parle. Seul bémol & il est quand même d'importance: l'ambiance. C'est plutôt bruyant; comme c'est très écho, on peine à s'entendre parler. C'est malheureux car l'endroit aurait beaucoup de potentiel!

De loin ma micro-brasserie préfèré dans la ville de Québec. Les bières sont incroyables.
Côté restaurant, l'ambiance est relaxe style pub mais pas trop bruyant. Cuisine à aire ouverte fait que le restaurant sent bon. Grosse portion & la nourriture est délicieux. Menu est limité cependant à Pizza, panini, tartare & entrés.
