J'étais dans le coin pour un tournage & très heureuse de rendre visite à Emporium pour la première fois. C'est donc l'occasion de boire leurs bières en fut plutôt qu'en cannette.

J'ai commandé une planche de trois galopins, puis sans surprise, mes papilles sont bien heureuses.

J'étais bien triste de ne pas avoir assez faim pour une pizza au four à bois car elles on l'air délicieuses ! J'ai donc opté pour une césar en entrée qui est excellente ! Full crémeuse & garnie. Plein de beaux morceaux de bacon & parmesan.

C'était un'ti peu long pour recevoir ma césar, mais sinon c'était parfait.

La bouffe est très bonne! Excellente pizza & dessert! Un peu cher par contre.
On a été un samedi & c'était plutôt tranquille. L'espace est grand, style cafeteria, alors l'ambiance est un peu moins chaleureuse. Toutefois, excellent service.

4,5 au total je dirais. La bouffe est super, les bières sont bonnes & le staff est toujours hyper friendly, sans être trop présent. Le seul truc que j'aime un peu moins c'est que c'est très écho à l'intérieur & on a souvent de la difficulté à s'entendre parler, même si l'endroit n'est pas plein. C'est vraiment bruyant, j'imagine à cause de l'effet industriel des plafonds & tout. Donc à se garder en tête selon le style de conversation qu'on souhaite avoir! Pour le reste, 5/5.

Very good food, nice selection on craft beers & relaxed atmosphere. We went there as a group of 4 & were very satisfied.

I ordered the Cheesesteak sandwich. It was great, the bread was made with a pizza dough, plenty of beef & cheese, but it was a little dry. There was no sauce. Maybe a remoulade, mayo or balsamic reduction could have helped. Even if only served on the side to be added as needed.

We will be coming back, but will all order pizza & ceasar salad next time as those were the best items we had.

Good food (Halifax Pizza was very good). Very nice beers. Staff are amazing. Had a very nice time on the patio.

Incroyable expérience durant cette Microbrasserie! J'ai été très content de pouvoir y faire mon tour samedi le 7 juin avec quasiment 30 personnes sur place! On a été super bien reçu, la pizza était excellente & on a vraiment eu une superbe soirée hyper plaisante! Je recommande vivement!
