On n'a pas eu la chance de goûter à la cuisine, mais la bière est excellente! Le restaurant à beaucoup de place, je le mets sur ma liste pour un repas de groupe en bonne compagnie!

Très bonne place où aller en couple, en famille ou entres amis. Je ne travaile pas en restauration mais je vois une liste de mini amélioration à faire pour rendre cette place un vrai bijou. C'est quand même une place très respectable à revisiter. La IPA Galactic Punch DDH était pas buvable; elle avait un gout de tequilla-café. Toutes les autres bières sont bien bonnes.

We enjoyed a lovely evening sitting outside on the patio at the brewery. The ambiance was enhanced by the beautiful hops growing on a vine, adding a charming touch to the experience. We shared the mushroom & prosciutto pizza along with a salad-both were delicious & perfect for sharing. The beers we tried were great, though we learned they rotate frequently, so it's worth asking what's available. Unfortunately, the service was slow, but it seemed due to a couple of large 12+ parties that understandably took up much of the staff's attention. Despite the wait, the overall experience was enjoyable, & we'd consider coming back for the food, beer, & relaxed vibe.

Cet endroit est extraordinaire. Non seulement, ils ont un menu bouffe variée dont leurs incontournables pizzas maison, mais ils font probablement les meilleures bières de type NEIPA au Québec. Pour moi, ils ont révolutionné l'ère des IPA. À s'y rendre autant pour leur terrasse ensoleillée que pour la grande salle à aire ouverte à l'intérieur. Je recommande vivement.
