J'apprécie leur bière depuis longtemps que j' achète en canette. À mon goût à moi, Emporium est l'un des meilleurs brasseur de NEIPA au Québec. J'étais donc heureux de pouvoir me rendre à la brasserie & je n'ai pas été déçu.

Évidemment, la bière que je trouvais excellente en canette n'était que meilleure sur place. La NEIPA était juteuse, crémeuse & équilibrée. J'ai aussi goûté à une Goose bien punchée & balancée. J'estime qu'Emporium est un brasseur d'exception.

Pour ce qui est de la bouffe était excellente. La salade de chèvre était gourmande & excellente. La pizza & le sandwich (auxquels j'ai goûté) étaient aussi très bons. J'estime que les prix sont un peu élevés (le prix des pizzas 12 pouces sans à côté varie entre 26$ & 32$). Pour 3 plats, 3 bières & un dessert, la facture a été de 175$. Selon moi, la qualité compense amplement pour cela.
