An absolutely wonderful evening. We sat at the bar & it was an educating & engaging experience. Every member of the staff was passionate & knowledgeable. The food was thoughtful, creative, & delicious & the wine pairings were spot on. Between the food & the staff, it was one of the best dinners we've ever had. Highly recommend!

All I can say is... wow. My fiancé & I got the Chef's Choice 6 course meal & we were blown away. It's actually 6 courses +1 dessert. It was the most amazing food we have ever eaten- it actually brought me to tears. The atmosphere & the staff really bring it all home. The wine pairings were incredible & complimented the courses perfectly. I've never been more well-fed or satisfied. If you have any doubts, don't. This restaurant deserves Michelin Stars.

Had the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairing . From walking into the restaurant to our departure, the staff was absolutely outstanding. Their attention to the patrons was truly amazing. It was very evident that they are a hugely motivated , intelligent & committed young group who thoroughly enjoy showcasing what Quebec gastronomy has to offer ...& they had so much to offer !! My wife & I have enjoyed many a tasting menu both in Canada , Europe & the Far East & couldn't be more delighted to have such an amazing set of plates in Canada. From the amuse bouche , the vegetarian dish (I never thought a tomato could taste so good) to the bounty of the St Lawrence River, the Bison Gravlax, the terrific beef & finally delicious dessert all accompanied by an awesome well selected set of eclectic wines... we were satiated, satisfied & barely able to walk up the hill back to the hotel. (In a good way !!)

This restaurant delivers a fun & intriguing culinary experience. The 6-course table d'hote (together with wine pairing) made ordering easy & relaxing. The staff are very good & knowledgeable. Would recommend the overall experience highly, especially the dynamic bar seating.

Everything was so outstanding. The food was amazing (almost cried lol Every bite was joyful & happiness), the server & the sommelier were very nice & knowledgeable. Going with the wine pairing & tasting menu was the great choice. Highly recommend to people visiting Quebec!!!

Outstanding service. Staff were attentive & welcomed our teen boys first experience with a tasting menu. Then it was supported with exceptional dishes from the kitchen with inventive flavour combinations, delightful presentation & a strong set of ideas about Quebec ingredients.

Absolute standout: the non-alcohol drink pairings from the bar. Imaginative, expertly crafted, delightful, even dramatic presentation & just leagues ahead of most craft cocktails. Have never witnessed this much care & attention for drinks that don't involve liquor. The wine pairings are great, the alternative concoctions are a more than worthy entry. Give serous consideration to ordering the flight of pairings.
