Comme toujours, la nourriture était excellente, utilisation de produits régionaux qui sont mis en valeur. Beaucoup de recherches & ça se voit dans l'assiette. Bravo & Merci... J'attends avec un patience la prochaine fois où je retournerai à ce restaurant.

Première visite chez vous, j'ai été agréablement surprise. Menu élaboré à partir de produits locaux, j'ai fait de belles découvertes. Les goûts, les textures (le crumble ... un must ! ), le visuel, les mixtes improbables mais qui fonctionnent, j'ai vraiment aimé ma soirée. Merci !
