je suis arrivé 5 minutes avant la fermeture de la cuisine & contre toute attente, j'ai pu être servi très agréablement. le burger (western) que j'ai pris était succulent mais j'ai trouvé les frites un peu trop croustillantes. atmosphère très agréable

Tartare de saumon aneth excellent & burger aussi mais l'entrée de calmars était 1/10 . Trop cuit & style popcorn & très peu de calmar au final que de la friture . On a demandé de la salsa pour tremper sinon très sec!
Temps d'attente 1 heure avant d'avoir notre entrée …& 30 min pour le repas …. Resto pas si plein!!! Beaucoup trop long … à voir à Montréal ….

The burgers were so good, this is probably our new favorite Canadian chain & will bring us back to Quebec even if we can't make it up to Chicoutimi.

Nous y sommes allés à deux reprises. La première fois nous avons eu Antoine comme serveur & c'est vraiment une super star du service. Nous voyageons beaucoup & sommes régulièrement dans les restaurants & Antoine se démarque de tous les serveurs & serveuses que nous avons eus. Il pourrait facilement se retrouver dans un resto 5* ou un relais château. Bien que servis très correctement la première fois, par contre notre serveur de ce soir, celui-ci aurait tout avantage à suivre Antoine & à apprendre de lui côté service à la clientèle & approche client. Le carpacio est excellent ainsi que leurs burgers & les boissons alcoolisées.

As an American in a very-Quebec part of the country, I was happy that so many people here spoke English (after my school French failed me....). You need a reservation for some of the more popular times, but it's not hard to obtain. Most of my visits have been on Mondays & Tuesdays when they have a burger or tartare special, but I've also branched out & tried their poke bowls, poutine, etc. Almost everything is good, but I would not get the ribs again. It's a lot of space, with both indoor & outdoor seating. The drinks are good, the food is good, I would recommend coming here.

Remplacer sa frite par une poutine pour 5$ de plus c'est rire du monde. Même casseau avec 4-5 grains de fromage en crotte, de la sauce & 3-4 morceaux d'oignon vert. Ça vaut pas 5 $! & aucun employé offre de quoi pour compenser. Les poke bowls étaient sans saveur. Par contre, les tartares & les burgers étaient vraiment délicieux. On va quand même y repenser deux fois avant d'y retourner.

Bon service de la part de notre serveuse, cependant, nous avons attendu au-dessus d'une heure pour avoir 2 poutines & 2 burgers.

Our food wasn't very hot the fries would almost cold. Really great atmosphere & having English menus was really nice! There were no Gluten Free bun options for burgers.
